This is same as setG (negative horizontal kerning, less fuzzy, exclude certain letters from appearing with each other) but also adds some horizontal kerning to further increase baseline deviation
Note, this uses the DejaVuSans font, instead of the FreeMonoBoldOblique.ttf that Wikipedia currently uses
